Should your jewelry lose its luster or face any manufacturing defect, we will provide a professional solution—either through replacement or repair—at no cost to you.

  • Each creation is accompanied by an official certificate, guaranteeing the premium 18K gold thickness and the natural origin of our gemstones. This is our commitment to transparency and lifelong quality.

  • We are confident in our durability. However, if your jewelry's luster fades within the first 5 years due to normal wear, we will professionally re-plate it for you, free of charge. After the warranty period, we offer a lifetime re-plating service for a symbolic fee.
