At Purplee Store, we want you to be completely in love with your unique piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day risk-free return window with a full refund to your original payment method.
How to Initiate Your Return
To start your return process, please email our Concierge Team at info@purpleestore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a complimentary pre-paid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us at no extra cost.
Please note: Refusing delivery at your doorstep is not considered a valid return. If you face any issues with your delivery, please contact us first so we can assist you.
Eligibility & Security Criteria
To ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene for all our customers, returns must strictly meet the following criteria:
Security Seal: All jewelry is shipped with an official Purplee Security Seal. We can only process a return and full refund if this seal remains intact, untampered, and firmly attached to the piece.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.
Packaging: The piece must be returned in its original eco-luxury packaging, including all certificates, protective pouches, and inserts.
Non-Refundable Situations
We kindly inform you that we cannot issue refunds for:
Items with a broken, removed, or tampered security seal.
Products that show obvious signs of use, wear, or alteration.
Returns requested after the 14-day delivery window.
Packages missing original parts or brand packaging.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facilities, we will notify you immediately via email. If approved, your full refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your financial institution.
