Can I Update Or Cancel My Order Once I Have Placed It?
As long as your item is in stock, our team starts preparing your order immediately to ensure your luxury pieces arrive as fast as possible. This means you have a very limited window to amend or cancel your purchase.
To request a change or cancellation:
Please email our Concierge Team immediately at info@purpleestore.com.
Include your Order Number and the word "URGENT" in the subject line.
Please note that once an order has been processed by our distribution center, it can no longer be amended or canceled.
If we are unable to stop your shipment in time, or if you simply changed your mind, you are completely welcome to return your untouched pieces to us within our 14-day return policy once the package is delivered.
