If you are purchasing our sustainable luxury pieces from within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform Purplee Store of your decision through a clear statement by emailing us at info@purpleestore.com before the period expires.Upon receiving your request, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, once the untouched luxury items are safely returned to our facilities in their original packaging and perfect condition.
